Der Tisch, den Iside mit einheimischen Produkten von h\u00f6chstem Niveau schm\u00fcckt, ist immer saisonal gepr\u00e4gt. Sie nimmt an internationalen Veranstaltungen in Italien und im Ausland teil, unterrichtet in Koch- und Konditorkursen und ist Gast in den wichtigsten italienischen Fernsehsendungen, die sich mit Essen und Wein besch\u00e4ftigen. Unter seinen vielen prestigetr\u00e4chtigen Arbeitserfahrungen ist seine Arbeit als K\u00fcchenchef und Konditor im Restaurant La Pergola, 3 Michelin-Sterne, unter der Leitung von Chefkoch Heinz Beck, und im Restaurant La Frasca in Castrocaro Terme, 2 Michelin-Sterne, unter der Leitung von Chefkoch Marco Cavallucci, zu erw\u00e4hnen.
